I don’t blame you for not letting go
We were built for addiction
Involved in motion, great ocean
So I know, you will never escape
So I will never burst open
Nor skyless, unless giants engulf
Ecstatically we make stands
Crystallized, else lying in embers
This is his great divorce
And reaching down with a whisper
We swear and fall hard
New life in new memories
And new birth is new hurt
As born again we curse
And borne no gain
To such crises, life cycles
And hate breeding hate
Makes breathing hard, and late
Some trickery still creeps, under oath
Superlatives curl off tongues
But we know only this:
Nothing!
